My child has ADHD and takes medication. I have the same behavior. Can I just take his medication?

Sorry, but that's a terrible idea, for several reasons. Probably most important, if you take your child's medication, there won't be enough medication for your child. Also, if your child takes a stimulant medication, it's against federal law for you to take it because stimulants are controlled substances.
It's also likely that your child's dose wouldn't be appropriate for you. There is even a chance that your child's medication might not be safe for you. For instance, some ADHD medications should be avoided if you have high blood pressure or heart problems.

It's best to see your own doctor and get evaluated to receive a formal diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
