Rein in That Sweet Tooth

Sugar is bad for you. There -- we said it. And while obvious sources are easy to avoid, it is hidden in lots of foods, from salad dressings to condiments to peanut butter. Most processed foods are loaded with it. Our bodies crave sugar, and people with ADHD may be particularly susceptible because of the immediate spike in blood sugar, which gives a temporary boost in energy. Healthy alternatives include stevia and raw, local honey.
