Strattera 25 Mg Capsules

Strattera® (atomoxetine hydrochloride) is used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children, teenagers, and adults. It comes in capsule form and is typically taken once or twice a day.
 
Strattera capsules are available in seven strengths, including:
 
  • 10 mg
  • 18 mg
  • 25 mg
  • 40 mg
  • 60 mg
  • 80 mg
  • 100 mg.
     
For children or teens weighing more than 154 pounds, dosing typically starts at 40 mg once daily or 20 mg twice daily (this is also the recommended starting dosage for adults). Children and teenagers weighing less than 154 pounds typically start with 0.25 mg of Strattera per pound, rounded to the nearest available strength. If necessary, this amount may be increased after at least three days have passed.
