The medicine is used to treat ADHD in children, teenagers, and adults. It works by affecting a chemical in the brain called norepinephrine. Among the conditions you should let your healthcare provider know about before you take Strattera are glaucoma, liver problems, and any allergies you may have. To reduce the chances of drug interactions occurring, you should also let your healthcare provider know about all of the medicines you currently take. Strattera comes in a capsule form that should be taken by mouth once or twice a day. Among the available strengths of Strattera are 10 mg, 25 mg, 60 mg, and 100 mg.
